Futureserv held its first ever creatively  named ‘Futureserv Day’ at Manchester’s iconic Hilton Hotel on the 12th January 2024. Having now grown to a team of over 70 strong, getting everyone from the three offices together for our Christmas meal would have been a logistical challenge to say the least.

Once complete, it will comprise of approx. 152,000ft2 of commercial office space, as well as 124 residential apartments, retail and leisure areas.
