October 2017 - BREEAM Excellent for Student Scheme

The recently completed student accommodation scheme for McLaren Developments in Brighton achieved BREEAM Excellent accreditation. Futureserv undertook the design of Building Services at 106 Lewes Road, Brighton from concept to optimise energy efficiency and assist securing the prestigious accreditation.
