March 2017 - British Land, Speke Retail Park

Work starts at the New Mersey Retail Park for construction of a £23M multiplex cinema and restaurants.

The 11 screen cinema will be constructed above 6 new major chain restaurants.

Futureserv are delighted to be providing the MEP design and technical support on behalf of British Land, with the project due for completion in spring 2018.
