Futureserv are delighted to form part of the design team appointed by Mulbury City for the proposed £26m Excelsior Works development in Castlefield, Manchester.

The eight-storey, high quality development will create 108 one, two and three, bedroom apartments adjacent to the Bridgewater Canal.

The building will fill a plot left vacant when the original mill was demolished following a partial collapse in 2015 and will feature a roof garden for residents.
