A thermal model study was undertaken to mitigate the effects of overheating within the residences. 3D Revit modelling was carried out to maximise available space for occupancy and to assist with coordination of services within the structure.
A particular challenge for this project was the construction and servicing of the new towers from the existing basement levels. Completion of the project is anticipated to be early 2019.
